Welcome to FIA!
These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the application and provide information about the FIA service, except where expressly stated that other terms apply. When you subscribe to FIA, you accept these terms. Therefore, these terms constitute an agreement between you and us. By registering for the contest, the participant declares that they know and accept all the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
FIA is a social network that elevates aesthetic medicine to a new level. It is a Latin American digital marketing platform focused 100% on the field of aesthetic health. At FIA, we provide visibility to doctors with patients from all over LATAM, we ensure our users' safety with verified doctors, and we provide security as you can carry out all your transactions through our wallet.
What service does FIA offer?
Like all social networks, at FIA you can post photos, stories, and videos, receive comments, and doctors can upload their resumes with experiences and achievements. You can also stay in touch at all times through our chat.
And since your peace of mind is our priority, you don't have to worry—our doctors will be verified. Our team will handle the validation of doctors' resumes. We will verify their medical profession through the national registry rethus as well as with medical organizations and associations.
Making you feel safe is our focus, which is why, with our digital wallet, you can send and receive payments within the app using blockchain technology.
At FIA, we have our own marketing platform, which means you can publish ads, links, videos, news, promotions, and surveys to be visible to more users throughout LATAM.

At FIA, we are working to launch our app as soon as possible, which is why we have established a 30-day period for you to join our platform as a user before the launch, and we have organized a contest designed for you that will be governed by the following terms and conditions:
- Contest Objective
The prize will consist of an aesthetic procedure chosen by the winner from the procedures detailed in this document, performed by FIA-affiliated doctors, also listed herein. The chosen procedure will be performed on only one area of the body.
The aesthetic procedure will include medical fees, anesthesia, and hospital facilities. Postoperative follow-up and other expenses not specified here will be covered by the winner.
The prize does not include additional procedures such as preoperative studies, medications, possible additional postoperative treatments, airfare, lodging, nursing care, medications, or any other expenses different from those mentioned in the previous paragraph. These expenses or any others not mentioned will be the responsibility of the winner.
El/la ganadora debe estar inscrito al régimen de salud y debe adquirir un seguro médico sufragado por el/la ganadora previo a la realización del procedimiento estético. En caso de no cumplir este requisito, el/la ganadora no podrá acceder al premio.
If, due to force majeure, health issues, or any other reason, the winner is unable to undergo the aesthetic procedure, the prize CANNOT be transferred. The aesthetic procedure CANNOT be transferred under any circumstances.
The winner may choose exclusively from the following aesthetic procedures: Breast augmentation, breast reduction without implants, liposculpture, smile design, blepharoplasty, buccal fat removal, bariatric surgery, otoplasty, rhinoplasty, Botox, cosmetic dentistry, skin problems, wrinkle treatment.

- Participants and How to Enter
Adults over 18 years of age can participate in the raffle. No one under 18 may participate in this contest, even with parental or guardian approval. If a minor wins the contest, the aesthetic procedure will not be performed.
People can participate by following these steps:
- The contestant pre-registers through the website www.fia.red/concurso by entering the requested information.
- After completing the pre-registration, the contestant must follow the Instagram account: somosfia_
- After this step, the contestant will receive an email to verify it.
- Once the contestant verifies their email, they will be informed via email of a 6-digit number with which they will participate in the contest, as well as a referral link. If the contestant wants to obtain more numbers to participate in the contest, they can invite friends using the referral link. For every 5 friends invited via the referral link, they receive an additional number to participate in the contest.
- Download the FIA app and register before the contest.
When the contest is held, we will verify that the winner follows the somosfia_ account on Instagram, has downloaded the FIA app, and has registered before the contest. If the winner does not meet these requirements, they will not win the contest, and a new random number will be selected.
- Contest Mode
El concurso se llevará a cabo mediante un software de selección aleatoria el día 29 de Noviembre de 2024 a través de una plataforma que se designe para tal fin. El link se detallara en la app FIA previo al inicio de concurso, por lo tanto, el/la concursante debe estar atento a las redes sociales de FIA para conocer más detalles.
The winner will be notified live at the moment of selection. The FIA representative will verify that the winner meets the requirements detailed in the previous section. If the winner does not comply, a new random draw will be conducted.
- Prize Conditions
The winner will have 30 days from the notification to accept the prize. If the prize is not accepted within the stipulated time, it will NOT be transferable. The aesthetic procedure will be scheduled for a date agreed upon by the winner and the chosen professional within a maximum period of 3 months following the draw.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, and CANNOT be exchanged for money or other medical procedures. The winner must undergo the necessary medical examinations to determine if they are fit to undergo the aesthetic procedure. If the winner is deemed unfit, the prize will NOT be transferable, and the winner will not be able to undergo the aesthetic procedure under any circumstances.
FIA has a system that monitors IP addresses and VPN usage. FIA only allows the registration of three (3) users per IP address. Therefore, if the winner creates fake emails, bots, or any other fraudulent mechanism to gain an advantage in the contest, the prize will not be awarded.
- Winner's Obligations
The winner agrees to follow all medical instructions before and after the aesthetic procedure. The winner must sign the necessary informed consents in accordance with current regulations.
FIA no asume responsabilidad alguna en relación con la ejecución del procedimiento estético ni con los resultados médicos derivados del mismo. El procedimiento será llevado a cabo exclusivamente por el personal médico debidamente certificado, bajo la dirección y responsabilidad del profesional que el/la ganadora elija y conforme a las normas éticas y legales que regulan su ejercicio profesional.
Participation in this contest does not guarantee the actual performance of the aesthetic procedure, as the winner's fitness for the procedure will be subject to the necessary pre-procedure examinations and evaluations, which will be conducted by the medical team. If the medical staff determines that the winner is not fit for the procedure due to health reasons or other clinical factors, FIA will be exempt from any responsibility.
FIA no es FIA is not responsible for any medical decisions made before, during, or after the procedure, nor for possible complications, adverse results, or unsatisfactory outcomes arising from it. Any claim, complaint, or legal action related to the procedure must be directed to the medical service provider, who acts independently of FIA.
The winner acknowledges and accepts that FIA will not be responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, resulting from the aesthetic procedure.
The winner voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the aesthetic procedure, including but not limited to those inherent in any surgical procedure and those arising from pre-existing health conditions. The winner must sign the respective informed consents with the surgeon and clinic, releasing FIA from any additional responsibility.
- Data Protection
Personal data collected during the raffle will be handled in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Data Protection Law) and will not be used for purposes unrelated to the organization of the contest.
- Authorizations and Publicity
The winner agrees that their name and photograph may be used for FIA's promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
- Modifications and Suspension
FIA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, suspend, or extend the contest for reasons of force majeure or if irregularities are detected or for any other reason. Any changes will be duly communicated to participants via FIA's social media.
- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contest will be governed by Colombian law. Any disputes arising from it will be submitted to Arbitration Court before the Center for Arbitration and Conciliation of the Chamber of Commerce of the city of Barranquilla. The tribunal will be composed of one (1) arbitrator. who will be appointed by mutual agreement between the parties. In the event that no agreement is reached regarding the appointment of the arbitrator, the arbitrator will be designated by the corresponding Arbitration Center. The arbitrator will rule based on the law. By accepting the terms and conditions of this contest, the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they might otherwise be entitled, submitting exclusively to arbitration as the conflict resolution mechanism.
